Far from reading text from a PowerPoint slide, when designing for ILT, our ISD team focuses on a structured plan with face-to-face interactions, real-time feedback and clarification, hands-on activities, group learning, and structured evaluations. Often, we will structure an ILT modality in the context of a learning system as opposed to a one-time event. This can place ILT as a pre-curser to over-the-shoulder (OTS) training with an expert, or after an IMI to provide scaffolding on previously learning basic facts and concepts. MCM’s ISD team has deep experience in creating engaging and useful presentations, instructor guides, participant guides, and evaluations.

Program Management
Our Program Managers are the primary point of contact (PoC) for all projects and provide advisement to our military clients. Our experience with major programs with significant resources (greater than $1M US) empowers our PMs to effectively provide technical and programmatic guidance to personnel for the highest effectiveness and efficiency for critical programs. By leading the development of goals, objectives, and strategic plans we ensure program completion as scheduled, scoped, and funded. With an eye on cost-effectiveness, we evaluate our team’s performance and overall effectiveness in terms of mission accomplishment, schedules and budget, quality, quantity and environment, safety, and health standards, procedural, policy and regulatory compliance, and technical competence.

Project Management
Our Project Management team members are expert at assessing and documenting risk, schedule development and management, requirements assurance, and personnel time management. We ensure on-going communication to our clients to ensure constant awareness of status, risks, and required support to ensure completion to project schedule and budget. Our Project Managers routinely draft requirements planning documentation, risk analyses, quality assurance reviews, and are responsible for scheduling, managing, and facilitating required meetings per project schedules. MCM utilizes traditional project management principles and tools, AGILE, as well as proprietary software to manage tasks and support the maintenance of required government management documentation.

MCM has focused on serving the needs of the U.S. military, both CONUS and OCONUS, since 2010. With a combination of civilian and veteran internal personnel, we leverage industry expertise with military experience to ensure we meet or exceed our clients’ requirements. MCM has extensive experience in logistic services and integrated product support. Our products and services have supported soldiers in the U.S., Afghanistan, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, and other areas around the globe.
